2010 Wins

My largest win of 2010 was a HTC Hero cell phone. At the time I needed the cash so I sold it ebay. Now I'm wishing I had that phone. I'm need of a new one. Oh well.
I also won a $200 gift card for Coach. My sister and I went to the outlet store and we were both able to get a purse! We were both thrilled with our purchase.
Other wins includes books, a video game, music downloads, a $10 gift card and free product coupons. Nothing major, but free is free right?! 2010 was actually worse than the last and 2011 isn't looking so good, but I keep chugging along in hopes of winning the holy grail. (That being a car, house or large amount of cash)

Slow Year

This has been the slowest year to date since I got into sweeping. I didn't even break $2000 this year, though the year is not over. Keep hope alive! My best and biggest wins for the year was a Boost Mobile cell phone in June and a Halle Berry perfume prize pack from OK magazine in December. By the way the perfume smells pretty good. My sister likes it. Those were some great prizes and I was very happy to receive them. I definitely don't want to sound ungrateful, I just wish there were a few more added to my list. Here's hoping next year is a better year.

My latest Win

I'm happy to report my latest win. A 42" Sony Bravia HDTV flat screen TV from Kraft. I was so shocked when I saw the words Congratulations and a picture of a TV pop up on my screen. I mean, I rarely win instants as it is, but to win such a large prize?! Come on that never happens! Let me just say if felt good. The wins have been awfully slow in this time of recession. I needed my sweeping hopes and motivation to be renewed. And that about did it. I have new vigor in my entering. Good luck to all in your sweeping endeavors!

New Gift Card Site

I'm always on the lookout for a new site that offers prizes and/or gift cards. I'm a member of great sites like Mypoints, Winzy and Blingo. I love Mypoints because you just read emails with advertisement and you earn points. Save up enough points and you can exchange for giftcards. I always go for the Amazon gift cards. I have an aunt I got savvy to Mypoints and she loves getting Bath and Body works and the move rental cards. I also have redeemed for Starbucks. I love, love there Strawberries and Creme drink.

Anyhow I lucked up on a new site. It's not actually new, but new to me. Its calls Swag bucks. It's a combination of Winzy and Mypoints. You search, like Winzy, Blingo, Google or any other search engine. Like winzy you get points but only when you win them. It picks it randomly. When you win the points you save them up and can redeem them for prizes and gift cards like mypoints. They have several different choices of prizes such as video games, cell phones, ipods and mp3's, dvd players, camcorders, guitars and drums, t-shirts, trading cards, posters, dvds and gift cards. Not to mention they have my favorite, Amazon gift cards as well as Subway and Starbucks.

Wall Art Win

I received a beautiful silver and red wall sculpture in the mail the other day. It will go nicely in my living room I plan to do in deep red. I haven't taken it out of the box, but I do have pic of it. I also received my $50 gift card from Kraft. I decided to splurge on myself a little. I plan to get a manicure and pedicure. And I still should have enough left over to get a Starbuck's Strawberries and Creme and a book from Barnes and nobles.

The end of the month is near and tons of sweeps expire as always. I really need a big win. A cash prize would do me quite nicely. Or even something expensive to sell. That would really help out right now, with my move. I hope to be reporting a good win soon.

Wins are wins

I won a few small things since my last post. One thing was a $10 gift card for a great site called Spotwinner.com You watch commercials on the site of varying topics and products. For everyone you watch, you receive 10 points. When you reach 5000 points you can exchange them for a $5 giftcard. The more points the higher the giftcard value.

You can also win by being picked instantly whild watching the commercial clips. Which is how I won. And if thats not enough, they also give away daily, weekly and montly prizes via drawings. The prizes are great like video games, video cameras, dvd players and ipods. I haven't won a large prize yet, but I have hope. It's easy and quick to enter, so I try to visit daily.

Freebies!

I don't have any wins to report, but the next best thing to a win is a freebie. You usually fill out a similar form with your name and address and all that jazz. A few weeks later you get a little gift in the mail. It's usually a trial size, but free is free. I like the little cereal boxes the best. Here a couple of freebies to start you on your quest to free-dom. I find that Walmart offers quite a few freebies. It would be to your advantage to check back with them often.
